Last day in Hawaii (6-20-09)

Our last day in Hawaii ;-( sad, but happy that I get to see Cali soon!!! I was up at 4am and Dave got up at 5:30am because we were going to watch the sunrise!! We made some tea and walked over by the infinity pool and just sat for about and hour or so. It was so pretty, and very quiet! Loved it, but way early to get up ;-) After that we went and checked out the surf b/c Dave wanted to get in one more before we left! We sat and watched the waves for a while b/c there was no one out, and he wasn't sure if it was good to surf at or not! Once one person went in he did too! He was out about 2 hours or so. He said there were turtles everywhere and he had a great time. Except he cut his finger on the rocks pretty bad ;-( After surfing we went back to the hotel, took showers, went and had breakfast, finished packing and headed out of Hana! We stopped a few places on the way back and got some great shots! Once we got to the first town after Hana we stopped and had some lunch at this Mexican place...great food, did a little shopping and started heading toward the airport. We didn't leave till 9pm so we had lots of time. Instead of spending it at the airport we went over to PuPu one last time, had some clams, went and got the car washed and by that time it was time to head to the airport! Dave dropped me off with the bags first..I checked us in curb side so it only took 10 minutes and then waiting for Dave cuz he had to drop off the car first! We only had to wait in the airport for about an hour or and then they started boarding! We were both so tired since we got up so early so we both slept most of the plane ride home...which was nice. Made it go by faster! It was so nice to be home...bitter sweet! Our honeymoon and wedding was over, but it was such a great 2 weeks! So many wonderful memories ;-) Thank you again to everyone that came! It meant the world to us to be able to share this special time with you all!! Love you XOXOX
